We asked Bel Sogno to help us “pubify” our new restaurant on a limited budget. Tania’s choices for the fabric, paint, stone and carpet along with the decor and artwork she curated gave us the feel that we were looking for. She was able to coordinate with the contractors to make any updates or changes as the job progressed. She did such a great job, we brought her back for 3 others!

We worked with Tania in choosing colours for our entire new home. A blank canvas can be overwhelming, but she listened to our ideas and was incredibly helpful in both presenting and narrowing down choices. We owned a vacation condo and decorated it in an eclectic style that was comfortable but may not have been appealing to all potential renters. We were using it less often for ourselves and wanted to get more income from it. Tania and Eric did a fabulous job transforming our condo into a more open, modern (but comfy) chalet rental. Paint, furniture, a more modern open kitchen and an expanded bathroom and the rental bookings came in, even at a higher rate! I chose Tania Nash to stage our home, which was quickly being listed on the market, and secondly, to assist us with some decor items in our new home that we were moving into at the same time. Tania’s staging expertise was instrumental in getting our house sold in days for over asking price. There was a lot of tension on our part, worrying about the timeline we had, and the amount of work that needed to be put into this task. As soon as Tania met with us, our worries were quickly relieved. Her passion and professionalism was welcomed at a stressful time for our family. Tania was an absolute pleasure to work with. She patiently transformed the entire house. The choice of paint was brilliant, as it simply brightened up the house amazingly well. Her attention to detail, such as, a few minor repair suggestions and furniture staging options prior to us listing, left us in awe. She also kept my budget in mind and worked with what I currently had, and could repurpose, and then added items to compliment that.
